Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for CandleTrainer paid plans and services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through CandleTrainer or our authorized payment providers.

2. General Rule

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We may provide a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect charge due to a verified billing error
  • Unauthorized payment confirmed by account review
  • Material service outage that prevents normal use for an extended period

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial usage of a billing cycle
  • Change of mind after activation
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Account restrictions caused by violations of Terms of Service
  • Issues caused by third-party systems outside our control (for example exchange API outages)

5. Trial Plans and Promotions

If a trial or promotional plan has special refund rules, those rules override this policy for that offer.

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund the current paid period unless required by law.

7. Refund Request Window

Please submit refund requests within 7 calendar days of the charge date. Late requests may be denied unless required by law.

8. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@candletrainer.com and include:

  • Account email
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Charge date and amount
  • Reason for request

We may request additional verification for security and fraud prevention.

9. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days. Final arrival time depends on your payment provider.

10. Chargebacks

Before starting a chargeback, please contact support first so we can investigate and resolve quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of paid services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
